It was obvious where things were going as soon as faction leaders suddenly started being replaced by women.

I get what you are going for, but as far as I remember only one faction leader was ever replaced by a woman. And Sylvanas is such a fucking psycho she barely held it together for a single expansion, no matter how hard they tried to shill for her.
