Both Kiryu Coco and Akai Haato have received 3 week suspensions for showing Youtube analytics where Taiwan is placed with other countries because China isn't happy about that.
They had posted this statement on their reddit, which is now removed. The statement sent to Chinese audiences explicitly stated that they support the One China policy. So basically, they're bending over backwards to try and appease the Chinese audience at the expense of everybody else.
I wish the Donald mods would make some kind of anime.win or something similar for them. Originally I kinda looked down on the weebs, but I eventually noticed they were surprisingly resilient to the sjw's tactics, pretty based too.
The best that people could do in that mess in the Hololive subreddit was inform some people about what China is really about and drop some tips about the 50 cent army, Alinsky and the rules of radicals, and tactics about how people take control of online narratives in politically ignorant communities.
The Taiwan flag post is still in the front page last I checked.
There are still many people there who just cover their ears and go "LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU I WANT TO GO BACK TO MY HAPPY PLACE"
