There is an Assumed Risk associated with walking around carrying a pressurized oxidizer. There is an Assumed Risk for nearly every activity, except entering a business without a mask, because why let everyone take a reasonable Assumed Risk regarding COVID-19 when the government can order minimum wage retail and fast food workers to enforce their bidding without question instead?
