What if the plan isn't to install Biden/Harris, but to stretch things out so much that the Speaker of the House becomes the President on January 20th?

If no President is elected because the results are contested way after the EC is supposed to meet, the Speaker of the House becomes the next President.

confused, even if results are disputed, if the EC still meets and chooses the President would this not be binding?
