I hate to say it unless you can get her to see the light through some crazy/ratchet/extreme example it’s not going to break unless she gets “woke” (heh) to the fact she’s been brainwashed. I thought I could do something similar with my ex-gf but your best bet is to start distancing yourself from them. In my antedoctal experience usually the ones fully pushing this shit are usually seriously unhappy with their life/situation and or suffering from one/multiple mental illnesses....
