Many don't know this, but people in Victoria have a curfew of 8:00pm – furthermore, they're only allowed to leave the house for one hour a day – unless they have the accompanying paperwork that gives them approval. If they're caught outside in violation, well, this is what they do.
I believe they have a set time of day.
If you're out during a time that isn't during that time-frame then you need to have proper papers to do so.
