Y'know what the nice thing about Linux is? Anyone out there can fork the kernel and go their own way with development. At this point, Linus needs to just say "fuck it", fork it, and give any of these groups that have a Code of Conduct the finger. Let everyone know that if they want to port their work over to the new branch and work on it without having to worry about finger-wagging moral police, or whether you'll have to worry about using the terms "master" and "slave" in reference to processes and programming, and then watch the geeks flock over to the new free-as-in-speech, free-as-in-beer version of the OS.
