Every person in charge of hiring someone worth their salt does this. There's three main types of people that put pronouns ... well, anywhere

Gullible people, that think that pronouns real. You won't want gullible people in any position with a modicum of responsibility
People that are easily bullied. I mean, if you need some mindless drones, sure, go for it
People that really believe in this shit. AKA walking HR-bombs
