That is just a step for globalization.

1. Import a lot of immigrants
2. Suppress any manifestation of local culture or traditions because they are not inclusive (religion gets the same treatment)
3. Some time after that, claim that national identity does not exist anyway and foreigners are better then the locals since they have a national identity, not this nations identity obviously and their culture can be evil and still be "better".
4. Anyone who still has any national pride is from now on racist, xenophobic, evil beyond belief and needs to be excluded from society.

Once all national identity is extinguished then globalization is achieved.
