Mark up all apps on the Apple app store by 30% compared to all other platforms. Tell the consumers via press release that this 30% is "The Apple Tax."
Fine. Make it the same price, but raise it 30% across the board and just add special promotions for other platforms that work as coupons or some such.

Unfortunately, Apple requires that all in-app purchases be the same price as buying anywhere else.
