The main girl in this movie (yes, not a documentary so someone actually scripted and directed young children to do this) is from a French Senegalese Muslim immigrant family. So not only are they exploiting and sexualising children, they're putting the same children at risk from Islamist nut-jobs who might lash out at the portrayal of young Muslim girls dressing and twerking like street-corner hookers (and yes, I know, their argument would likely be "We shall abuse and exploit young women only in line with the Koran's guidelines on pedo-related activities").
It might be worth checking what fuck-wit (likely plural) at Netflix gave this a green light and see what other shit they've been producing.
