Normally I wouldn't "deadname" for people I think are legit in their tranniness (and leave "misgendering" to the fake transtrenders like Big Johnny WAX MUH BALLZ Yaniv) but I like that I can call Ms Moon Rocks by her Christian name if I want to, without fear of the banhammer.
