Is Trump just Schrodinger's Hitler?
By all appearances he pretty close to a moderate 80s liberal, but the facts don't matter, he is whatever each TDS sufferer imagines in their hyperbolic conception of a perfect adversary because they need one, and if it wasn't Trump it would have been the next guy in line absorbing their hatred.

It's all they have left. Without some existential threat to fight they will all fall apart. Why do you think they call themselves progressives? All they can do is move forward, because if they stop they're incapable building anything.
