Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton sued DC for not letting his group paint something on the street when they let BLM do it.

I'm fine if the city lets BLM doodle on the streets, but you then have to let everyone who wants to, say blue lives and all lives matter, do the same or else it's not free speech.

Since they used taxpayer money to do it, it's vandalism by law and the speech part comes in as possible hate speech because they've used it to go after political dissent.

Hate speech isn't a thing. That's how you end up getting arrested for something slightly offensive like in Germany, England, or Canada. We're all free to be offended, but only leftists use the idea to attack people they don't like.
