Now I see why there were those shovel trucks in Soylent Green you'd get dumped into never to be seen again.

There is no use for someone like that.

They wouldn't protect a kid from danger. They wouldn't stop to help someone. They don't care if you get injured or assaulted.

But have the nerve to ask them what they're doing and all of a sudden they remember to act like the horrible people they claim to hate.
