So fucking stupid. I’m constantly having to report on what I’ve done at the whims of someone above me in the food chain at my private sector job. It often involves long-ass slide decks that take me away from my actual responsibilities for several days’ worth of time. It also often involves telling people the exact same shit I told them two weeks ago because they have the attention span of a gnat.

You know what I do when that happens? I shut the fuck up and give them what they ask for, because they’re in charge and my paycheck comes from them.
