She might have meant to say that, I don't know...but yeah, she certainly didn't say "centering."
But, as mentioned, she's absolutely retarded. She misused "umbrage" right out of the gate. She's reaching well above her means as far as vocabulary goes. It was either a Freudian slip, or she just can't English. It's a coin toss.
...honestly, i think she meant to say censoring. she didn't pause like she made a mistake, she paused like she was waiting for someone to back her up...
