What I hate about them is when they love animals more than humans. They make tons of animal protection laws, will foster and adopt homeless animals, will pay for random street rats vet bills and food.

It's worse than that. They can literally ruin ecosystems because they have a romanticized view of nature. They prevented invasive species like goldfish, crayfish, gray squirrels, hogs and swans from being hunted, ending up in them displacing local species. They have broken into zoos, labs and even farms thinking they are freeing the animals while they are quickly eaten by local fauna or end up dying shortly since they can't adapt to another ecosystem or die from pollution.

And it's always by doing something gay like protesting, because they'd never try to confront chinese poachers or denounce their "traditional medicine"
There is a goose species which was uncommon in my country 100 years ago (but still very common everywhere else). So the idiots made it protected. Now there are literally millions of them everywhere. They eat all the grains, ruin all the fields, shit every place, make shitton of noise. They refuse to make it unprotected again because "hurting animals is wrong!!!".
If a farmer so much as shoots a warning shot in the air, he is fined for "disturbing and trying to harm protected species".
Same with one venomous snake species. There's a snake species that is really common in everyplace throughout the whole country yet if it comes inside your house, bites you and threatens to bite your kids, you hit it with a shovel. You are now a criminal. There are no self-defense laws when it comes to animals.
