Typical Critical Social Justice playbook: declare something is problematic/racist/transphobic/bigoted/oppressive/sinful/etc. until you destroy it, control it, or dominate it. The merit of your accusation is irrelevant, the point is to give yourself moral license for aggression.
To you yes, but within the SJ framework it's the other way around, Racism is a law, like gravity, it IS reality.
So when something happens, if gravity isn't behaving as you'd expected your assumption is that your understanding of the situation is wrong, not that your assumption about gravity is wrong.
Writ large, it's a fundamental DIFFERENCE in moral and reasoning framework. And I didnt say inferiority or superiority, it's just different.
It's no different than a purely materialist vs metaphysical understanding of reality.
None of that makes it valid, because validity is defined relational and by goals, predictability, and applicability. But as a system it's as consistent as about any other.
Your problem/most people's problem is they were brought up under a liberal understanding of reality and culture, and the SJ system adopted the language of Neo-liberalism while adapting it to different concepts.
