Jeffrey Bernhard, a foster parent and survivor of the attack, identified the shooter as 39-year-old Shuvonne Vinson

She has a criminal record spanning at least two decades and had 25 active warrants at the time of her arrest

Vinson, the biological mother of the 4-year-old, entered the foster parents' home with two armed accomplices

Police said the attackers forced Jeffrey and Jennifer Bernhard to transfer funds to Vinson's bank account before escalating to violence

Police recovered stolen firearms and a vehicle reported stolen from Detroit in the suspects' possession

All three suspects have prior felony convictions and face charges of murd-r, kidnapping, and weapons offenses
