Sounds like a symbolic suicide bombing to this point. Apparently only the driver died so far, with 3 edit: 7 injured.

So probably Islamic, definitely not Irish since they were smart enough to plant the bomb, move the fuck away and 'nice' enough to warn sometimes.

I don't know though if this is a false flag, as this attack seems to be directed at Trump (location) and Elon (choice of vehicle) only 19 days before he takes power.
