Mark Rabin, a former software engineer, recalled one manager saying at an all-hands meeting that Boeing didn’t need senior engineers because its products were mature.

CEOs shouldn't be the targets. Politicians who serve them have names and addresses. The political class should never exist. We are no better than 17th century Europeans.
