It’s all lies of course. I’ve heard it myself many times. “This guy is an expert”, blah blah blah. They never know how to use a computer let alone build software. The measure of the fraud is immense.
Their other favorite, if they're in management, is to Google (of course) a solution to the problem you're currently facing and acting like heroes for telling you the first search result, disregarding that the solution provided doesn't work for what you're doing.
Accenture did the same stuff in the 90's and 2000's with white college students. A few accenture consultants would join the deoartment and a year later the entire department was replaced with accenture consultants.
