He doesn't support social assistance. He supports whatever is in his (assets) best interests. Shouldn't surprise anyone as you can not become a billionaire without being deeply selfish and ruthless. Unless you get obscenely lucky.

Unless the billionaire is or wants to be king of a nation you can be assured that he doesn't give a singular shit about a nations and its peoples well being unless he's personally negatively affected by it.
