Everyone in the video, including the person allegedly on fire, seem pretty relaxed about it, except the cameraman, who sounds like an idiot. Is any of this real?

I was wondering if it's a movie set. Or dummy on fire. Nothing makes sense about the behavior of people in this video if this were real life
