The correct strategy is to starve them out. You levy huge times and prison time against anyone who houses or hires illegals. When they can’t make money or rent, they will self deport. Most of the ones who remain will be the violent criminals who can’t go back because they will be imprisoned. You easily report rapists, murderers, and drug dealers without meaningful public outcry.
