Didn't Russia offer to take refugees from this nonsense? The consulates probably have a few pipe hitters on standby who could help with the extraction.

He should apply, his Twitter is fairly large and visible. Someone can try to connect the relevant authorities in Russia with him. He could also flee to the Arab countries but most of them are in the US pockets so maybe..Iran.
