Apparently JCB (Japanese central bank) is also in league with Visa and Mastercard. The problem comes straight from the bankers as usual. And we know who controls banks

Here's the announcement from the site itself https://closing.mangaz.com/ . They directly blame credit card companies for the shut down. . They are exploring ways to restart the site and are considering changing to some form of non profit organization and crowdfunding
