I'll be visiting some national parks with my SO in California, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming for a couple weeks. We're flying into LAX from Canada. It's crossed my mind there may be leftist unrest in the wake of the election results, although I generally think they're more embarrassed and confused than anything right now. Anything I should be careful about?

You'll mostly be fine going to national parks. The usual troublemaking suspects tend not to go out into nature much.
Some practical advice if you're driving: there are long stretches of nothing on highways in Nevada. If you're under half a tank, make sure to fill up when you get the chance.
also, watch for horses. fuckers will just stand in the middle of the road, especially around blind corners at night. they are feral, so don't approach them.
And deer like to try jumping into your car as it is moving, so watch for those.
he says he's from canada, so I'm sure he's used to dear
