Being something of a Nietzschean (very very roughly speaking so don't bother with any gotchas) I was surprised to see woke shit start to take root in the Far East. Yes, communism took root there a long time ago, but that's easily explained by Maoism's Legalist roots and the way that Hegelian theory was partly inspired by Far Eastern thinking in the first place. Plus Marxism derides the slave morality of "utopian/moralistic socialism," hence why Soviet and Maoist aesthetics emphasized greatness rather than fairness, and why postmodern art was promoted by the CIA to subvert Soviet culture.
Whereas woke shit is the most vulgar manifestation of slave morality imaginable, so it's hard to understand how something like that could ever take root in Far Eastern cultures. Christianity lionizes the condition of being oppressed, which is an extreme peculiarity that woke shit grows out of, and Jewish morality is fundamentally transactional, stemming as it does from a mercantile culture with the judicial values of Hammurabi.
Maybe the globalists are using different propaganda methods to appeal to Far Eastern countries though. Like say their collectivism, or depicting traditionalism as the pathetic clinging onto of mediocrity, in contrast to Western cultures where globalist propaganda glamourizes mediocrity and places moral authority on victimhood. There are many different ways to sell the same shit policies depending on who the target audience is, Soviet propaganda for instance is ironically more aesthetically appealing to the Western right than it is to the Western left.
Old Soviet propaganda is about working hard and seeing results (even if the end goal is vague or not mentioned - Fallout is pretty good for capturing that); New Soviet Propaganda is about crying harder to get humanity to suck its own dick or whatever the fuck it is they think they want.
It's likely due to the DEI-stock market angle that so readily spread the infestation in less than a decade. Corruption can wreak havoc so much faster and harder when someone waves "free" money in front of corporations who might be experiencing financial setbacks, and when said corporations are infested with investors who are actively buying into said trend.
Then expand those same incentives into government, and media, and you have yourself a full on cultural and economic takeover of multiple countries.
