There was a bit of controversy over Halloween decorations in my local subreddit recently. A recently arrived African immigrant was freaking out over a Halloween display that had a skeleton with a noose and blaming it on "racist Trump supporters." I don't have any decorations up, but these miserable hall monitors are tempting me.

Put out a skeleton with a burnt tire around its neck and a missing thigh bone, see if they start blaming the Haitians for that one.
