Only by midwit rightoids already regurgitating a word they very clearly didn't know the meaning of, and who were easily tricked into thinking they were clever regurgitating it when it was fused with another word in the same vain as a middle-schooler trying to be edgy by using two swear words together. It's not the kind of language used by anyone whose opinion is worth even acknowledging.
