It is miles better, but its also overdesigned to shit. That guy would stand out so badly in any crowd of non-soldier Japs its laughable. Putting up your hood doesn't make you stealthy, but that seems to be the case for this guy.

Also this wasn't official art. You can go check the guy's linkedin. Ubisoft hired him in 2015, while this is dated 2014. Maybe off the strength of the piece, because he went on to work on most of the Ass Creed games after.
