I saw Musashi being mentioned, he was definitely a big deal, the samurai stereotype had to come from somewhere lol. Muramasa was a legendary blacksmith.
Technically Shinzo Abe, Satoru Iwata, and Akira Toriyama are historical figures now (Rest in Peace).
