My lefty friends are really obsessed with the idea of mocking or trying to disprove that there are immigrants eating cats and dogs. I've had a few claim it was started by an evil racist group, that President Trump is full of himself, and that it's completely absurd to believe it.
There are people on the right posting pictures of immigrants killing ducks in a local pond, being arrested for eating a cat on the street, and more. The entire left is acting like it doesn't exist. They've made memes on the weirdness that anyone would think such things are possible.
This disconnect is just as strong as when CHAS existed and I was told it either didn't exist or was a peaceful pure amazing experience.
Uh... you should definitely point out that their western white supremacist bias is coloring their perspective lol... I'm sure they'll love that. One cannot mock the shock of those of one culture when an invading unassimilated culture clashes with our moral and societal standards without necessarily leaning upon those superior standards.
China and Korea are well known to eat cats and dogs. Currently. Starving people eat anything they can get their hands on. Broke ass Cajuns still eat roadkill. In the Great Depression, southerners decimated wildlife within months to feed their families. By the grace of God, our fathers built the most affluent society in human history, and our need to scavenge is minimal (currently... God forbid we Haiti for our food in own country again). We keep animals around because we like them, not just as food. Societies without high standards don't get that animals aren't just food. Apparently, they also don't teach that theft is wrong. Finders keepers isn't the moral standard in a highly moral society. If you don't exchange your time for it, using proxies for that time (like cash or goods), then it's not yours, and you've stolen it.
What I want to know - where are the game wardens? Surely there's a bag limit on Fido and Garfield lol
