I'm a little confused by the autism comment. From what I have seen, the typical trait autistic people present is an intense interest in very specific things. To a point that the thought of doing anything else or new comes off as incredibly unconfutable for them. What you are describing sounds more like difficulty maintaining attention, which would be more in line with either ADHD or poorly developed management skills.
What that has to do with watching a streamer however.. I don't see what you mean. Everyone has their preferences and acquired tastes. Though some are certainly more... brain rot than others.
