Here's what I need help understanding. Okay, so the reasoning used to normalize transgenderism is that the person is simply "in the wrong body", and they're identifying instead with the "gender(s) they really are."
These characters were programmed and textured from scratch. There literally isn't a way they were mistakenly put into the wrong body. The character was intentionally programmed to have characteristics that don't match each other, and just as intentionally not corrected in any way. There was no opportunity for it being "in the wrong body". It by definition defeats the argument that "trans-[insert gender] are real [insert same gender]", or the character would have been programmed with matching characteristics, just like the non-trans ones.
For the left, neither needs to be true because the truth is not the point. Every talking point is a form of consensus building for establishing in-group and out-group identifiers.
Take JK Rowling for example. She was a darling of the left while she bent and twisted to their whims, changing characters and plot points to please them even though none of it made sense, until she stepped out of line by not loudly and enthusiastically supporting the then "current thing" of transgenderism. Now, they hate her and wish her dead with her years of faithfully following their lead essentially forgotten.
So the point is not a logical outcome, it is to show that the devs behind this mess are still good leftists who deserve continued employment in this field because they made a game that tracks with current year leftism.
