This guy must be one of the greatest masterminds of the 21st century. Completely independently he infiltrated France, operated behind lines to discover vulnerabilities in security, got enough burnable material to create a massive fire, trained to breach patrols, transported all of his tools to the locations, and got away with hundreds of millions of damages undetected for years.
