Trudeau has only ever given Canadians what Canadians wanted and Canadians hate him for it. Even now after Canadians decided they were bearish on immigrants, he has decided to lower temporary foreign workers. He's still giving Canadians what they're asking for and they still hate him. It's like Canadians have forgotten that even as short as 3 years ago, if you said you hated immigration you were branded a racist, banned off all platforms and told by fellow Canadians that you lacked empathy and needed to embrace love. Many Canadians still do that but less than before. Trudeau has only ever given Canadians exactly what Canadians wanted, whether that was to reduce industry to lower carbon emissions, promote feminism, promote immigration, etc... Everything Trudeau has done has been right out of the book for what Canadians have always wanted. I know this because I've been fighting Canadians for the last two decades and only in the last little while has anything shifted in Canada. I can finally talk about immigration among average liberals without immediately being attacked. This is brand new for Canadian politics. Canadians are just experiencing the effects of the very values and beliefs most of upheld and cherished for decades and they blame Trudeau for it when Trudeau was just doing everything Canadians wanted him to.
That's why I feel bad for the guy. If I was in his position I'd hate Canadians too.
I get where you're coming from but at the same time it's like everything to do with left wing politics, if you pander to them you get exactly what you deserve, it's never enough for them. I still remember seeing a lotus eaters clip of people being interviewed on the street and they were about the type of brainlets you'd expect where they were going on about how there wasn't enough diversity on television etc.
There needs to be more and more people who have the balls to openly tell them to shut up which is why you've gotta respect RFK Jr. for example for standing up to his own family given the social circles that guy has inevitably had to deal with.
