I'D give him 100% disability for the TBI he's guaranteed to have now, but I doubt Russia's version of the VA is up to my standards.

Maybe not for the average Russian soldier, but I bet they'll try to keep this guy alive so they can use the drone headbutter for propaganda purposes.
