He had chances enough in his last term and rather choose to get out of afghanistan and not start new wars. Havent watched the video but heard about it somewhere else already if its the hearsay from one family member which wants to sell his book with this I dont think I really care what he allegely said. They should be more afraid of the people which dont say it but plan behind the scenes way worse stuff.
