Foreigners enter the country and emurder and rape children: they sleep.

Foreigners post online about all the raped and murdered children: full tactical response!

Seriously, not even Orwell and Huxley thought of the government enacting two-tier anarcho-tyranny like this. I almost have to be impressed how vindictive the UK is being towards it's own citizens.
