Struggles to insert a mag, doesn't bother to do another take, and has horrible trigger discipline. While he could still kill someone - assuming that isn't a replica - uhm...hardly a terrifying performance.

He's the kind of guy more likely to ND himself than hurt any of his political opponents, even if he actually tried to carry through on his threat.
