I have no specific expertise, but wouldn't be surprised to see some actual ongoing incarceration.

The two other accused got time served by pleading guilty via a plea deal to lesser charges.

This one actually went to a secret trial costing the prosecution a reported 20 million dollars in resources.

I saw Jason Lavigne on Twitter speculate that Carbert would get time served but the Tony Olyneick fellow get further incarceration for the Guilty verdict on the explosives charge.
