I swear I've seen video prototypes of a third person mod for cyberpunk years ago. I guess the project died before finishing maybe?

[Edit] There it is, supposedly fully functional. Reddit is garbage.

Allegedly latest update made it phantom liberty patch compatible, albeit it's still pretty rough around the edges, with a fiddling with the in game console necessary to even draw your weapon and a frequent T-pose bug you gotta jump to fix.
