Given we actually have standards for legal immigrants and it takes actual years to become one, most likely.
This mongrel almost certainly wouldn't have made it in, and if we did have more permissive laws the legality of his presence wouldn't have fixed him. But that is why we have laws to prevent this kind of trash from entering.
People that would make good citizens don't tend to hop borders illegally. Flagrant disrespect for our law extends past that first offense.
And? Legal immigration status automatically selects for individuals of higher value to society and ability to adapt to functional societies.
It should be even stricter, but that has little relevance to your position here. You're being retarded. An individual is not the statistics of their background. Immigration restrictions exist to filter out the trash from those who would actually bring value, and to limit the rates of immigration to under the native population replacement rate, to force assimilation.
