So, all the media outlets are not only contradicting themselves but they're contradicting 3+ year old congressional record.

I dunno. If you compare Kamala's past with Catherine the Great's reputation there are very similar parts (though I don't think Kamala's done anything with a horse, if that story is even accurate for Catherine)
