The rebranding of DEI to BRIDGE

• emphasis placed on shielding businesses from the potential harm that may arise from implementing DEI requirements

• Superficially concealing DEI practices to dodge the law, such as hiring individuals from "economically disadvantaged areas" instead of "people of color".

• Concerted effort to deeply embed DEI within the organizations to ensure is so entrenched it cannot be cancelled later

when you see DEI down, this isn't them realizing DEI is bad, this is camouflage so you drop your guard.
