C is basically the "Bermuda Triangle effect". The Bermuda Triangle is an utterly massive patch of ocean that is a major route for air and sea traffic. If you basically draw an equivalent size triangle anywhere on the oceans with equal traffic, there's essentially just as many disappearances and wrecks. There's nothing special at all about the Bermuda Triangle.
Even in murder cases, police need to get warrants for location data; and to get the warrant they need a fair amount of probable cause. This is all 100% bullshit.
