Okay, you know what I've often wondered when people scream about death threats what they constitute as a death threat and these screenshots have confirmed my opinion that people don't know what death threats are. No this isn't me brushing what's being posted their way under the rug, still a pretty shit thing to do to somebody with a perfectly reasonable stance of "Let's not call for the assassination of political opponents we don't like".
These are not death threats, death threats are when you actually get someone e-stalking you and telling you directly they want to kill you, it's one of those things like with defamation law where there's a very specific criteria for it to be a death threat. Someone telling you to kill yourself over the internet is either retard behaviour or they're just being pathetic spergs. Having a death threat would be like if you pissed off some Muslims and you need police protection or you need the FBI to investigate and track the source.
I suppose I should be glad these guys at least provided screenshots compared to all the other people who go on about receiving death threats.

Yup.
I'm not even going to get concerned if someone says they're going to kill me. That's technically a death threat, and it's certainly not cool, but it's not something I'll freak out about.
Now, post my full name, address, and tell me you're going to kill me? Yeah, that's time for police involvement and, if I want to flaunt it, internet attention. That's the type of threat worth getting upset/outraged over.
"DIE" is not a death threat. Like you said, it's not polite or respectable, and that person should be mocked, but if you claim it's a death threat you look a little silly.
Lots of what they do is malicious pretending and only works because well-intentioned third parties didn't stop them before they seized power and made themselves invulnerable to any reasonable defense.
